Everyone needs a little help in life, right? When it comes to fashion, I turn to Phoenix stylist Rochelle York.
I know it sounds fancy when you hear “stylist,” , but it’s really not. Many stylist work with clients on a budget and help them refine their personal styles, all within a budget. Work keeps me pretty busy, so shopping isn’t always a priority! In fact, shopping can be stressful! Working with a stylist, everything is pre-shopped… so all you have to do is try things on and say YES-YES-YES-NO!
This weekend I hit the mall with Rochelle and let me tell you why I’m so happy to be working with her. A) She continues to teach me about what colors and clothes look good on me. B) She’s knowledgeable about the latest trends and accessories. C) She knows how to bargain shop! #GottaLoveIt #Winning
Thanks for being fantastic Rochelle and spending your Saturday with me.

Was your New Years resolution to lose weight? If you’re not seeing results yet, be patient, give yourself some time! In fact, I recently discovered an awesome app that I think is definitely worth a shot! It’s called MyFitnessPal and it’s available on Apple, Android, Windows and Blackberry!
I recently started using it and I love it because it holds you accountable! The app is very easy to use, you tell it how much weight you want to lose, it calculates your daily dose of calories, and all you do is input all of the meals you eat.
Best part: it’s FREE!
Parents heads up! There’s a new trend kids are trying! They’re snorting Smarties and posting videos on YouTube! Doctors say it’s very dangerous and could pose serious risks like lung irritation, infection, and even nasal maggots.
